Hudson Yards
At 28 acres and growing, Hudson Yards is the largest mixed-use, real estate development in the United States. Building Intelligence has deployed a comprehensive visitor, vehicle and vendor management system to safely and efficiently process the high volume of traffic the campus handles on a daily basis.

Moynihan Train Hall is a stunning $1.6 billion renovation that came to give New Yorkers hope and a much-needed Penn Station expansion. Working closely with Cushman & Wakefield, Building Intelligence deployed SV3 in this train hall transformation to safely manage vehicles and vendors.

Houston is home to bp’s U.S. headquarters and the company’s largest employee base anywhere in the world. Their $100 million office renovation also includes SV3’s visitor management system to reduce lobby crowding and improve on-site visits.

University of Massachusetts Medical School

Founded in 1962 and located in Worcester, Massachusetts, UMass Medical School is one of five University of Massachusetts campuses. SV3’s scalable visitor, vehicle and vendor management system ensures visitors are well-vetted and logistics at their loading dock are running efficiently.
