COVID-19 Response Plan
Getting Back to Work with SV3
Committed to You, Now and Always
At Building Intelligence, we are committed to our system integrator partners and facility operators. We are here to support you and help you find feasible ways of reopening your buildings, while still following CDC and OSHA recommendations and guidelines. We have made adjustments to our software that align to the current needs so that when you are ready to welcome employees back, SV3 can help you manage pedestrian and vehicle traffic, safely.
How SV3 is Helping
At Building Intelligence, clients are able to integrate our SV3 Visitor and Vehicle Solutions with thermal cameras, staggered work schedules and occupancy management. SV3 manages the process of agreements regarding privacy, terms and conditions and assumption of risk. At the core of SV3 there are some very important features that can be applied to both visitors and returning employees.
∙ Allow visitors to quickly and securely scan a QR Code or check-in at a kiosk without having to touch any surfaces.
∙ Visitors can pre-register online prior to their visit, prompting to the quick vetting of their entry without contact or interaction at the lobby.
∙ Walk-in visitors can scan their ID documents and upload pictures straight into a kiosk.
∙ Enable automated texts and emails for entry approval or denial.
∙ Add custom prescreening questions to address concerns around recent travel history or current health conditions.
∙ Vendors can identify who they are sending on-site and allow them to sign acknowledgments to your facility plan.
∙ NDAs can be signed on visitors’ handheld device prior to visit and arrival to avoid interaction and contact.
∙ Use the preregistration and scheduling feature to avoid overcrowding at facilities and lobbies.
∙ Schedule visitors within intervals to abide by six feet distancing and avoid contact at the lobby.
∙ Set parameters within SV3 to trigger alerts and notifications to avoid more than 10 visitors within an enclosed environment at a given time.
∙ Ability to run reports to show all pedestrian traffic during a specific time frame, allowing notification to visitors and local health agencies if an outbreak occurs.
∙ Track prescheduled and walk-in visitors and filter by visitor type.
∙ Provide data analysis on vendor deliveries, their origin and destination.
♦ In order to design and implement any comprehensive plan to reopen your facility, we highly recommend speaking to your insurance provider and a security professional. A complete response plan should incorporate all your entrances and common areas, cleaning and disinfecting programs and contamination response. The team at Building Intelligence will connect you with people who can assist you in designing a complete program relative to your budget, your real estate and your occupancy requirements.
