Bob Mancini
Senior Advisor, Carlyle Power Partners
Based in New York, Robert (“Bob”) Mancini is a Senior Advisor to the Carlyle Power Partners team.
Mancini was formerly a Carlyle Managing Director and Co-Head of Carlyle Power Partners, which is supported by Cogentrix Energy Power Management, for which he also served as Chairman of the Board.
Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Mancini was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs & Co., where he spent nearly 20 years.

Bob Strang
CEO, Investigative Management Group
Strang began his law enforcement career in 1979 with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
From 1980 to 1989, Mr. Strang was a Special Agent with the Drug Enforcement Administration. In 1989, Mr. Strang teamed up with fellow DEA agent Ann Hayes to form Strang Hayes.
Over the next 12 years, that firm went on to become one of the premier corporate security firms in the world.

Evan Schwartzfarb
Founder, Segment Advisors
Schwartzfarb has more than 20 years of finance experience.
He is the founder of Segment Advisors, a specialized advisory firm assisting business owners and family offices to source, hire, and manage investment banks.
Before starting Segment Advisors, he led the Strategic Client Development Group at Barclays Wealth Americas.

Warren Haber, Jr.
Director, Exoventure Associates
With 25 years of private equity and venture capital investment experience, Warren has become a well-recognized venture capitalist and angel investor.
He was most recently the Partner in charge of Mellon Ventures’ New York office.
Prior to Mellon, Warren was a founding Partner of Grand Central Holdings, and also pursued private investments for four years with GE Equity.

Warren Haber, Sr.
CEO, Founders Equity, Inc.
Before founding Founders Equity, Haber began his career at Merrill Lynch, in their Junior Executive Training Program, followed by a period at Bear Stearns & Co. where he structured a leveraged buyout in the energy services industry, Kenai Drilling Limited.
An early leveraged buyout that ultimately grew under Haber to an NYSE listed Company.
After that, Warren began the formation of Founders Equity in 1968.
